ZH2O Züriwasser is a sustainable donation concept from DRINK & DONATE that promotes the consumption of tap water in Zurich's restaurants. For every glass served, a contribution is donated to drinking water projects in the Global South. By the end of 2023, over 1.2 million orders had been recorded, giving more than 195,000 people access to clean drinking water.
Since 2024, ZH2O has been part of the BlueGastro initiative of the Blue Community Canton of Zurich, which further strengthens the human right to water in the catering industry.
